For us, this is more than a cantina. It’s a way of life, a culture, a time and place where immersive hospitality melds with cutting edge mixology. We’re redefining the experience and pushing the boundaries of what a cantina & restaurant can and should be. Part time storytellers, full time guides into mixology. At some point, you’ll most likely shake your head trying to remember if you're in Idaho or you stepped off a plane in Baja Sur. 

The journey begins the moment you walk over our river rock turtle into our souvenir shop… yes imported items can be bought. A surprise soon awaits - prepare yourselves. After a small trek, the music will enter your soul and you’ll glide into our main Cantina. We believe a bar & restaurant should be more than just a place to grab a drink and bite to eat. It should be a destination, an experience, and a vibe. Whether you’re sipping on a smoky mezcal, dancing to Latin beats, or discovering our food. Every visit to Lalo is designed to stir the senses and spark unforgettable moments.

  • Yes! But if you’re craving big combo plates, we might not be your place. Lalo is a Mexican cantina — focused on cocktails, spirits, and thoughtfully crafted street-style bites designed to complement the experience. Food cooked in beef tallow and made from scratch.

  • Yes Lalo is a 21+ venue that does require a valid ID for entry no matter what age. Apologies in advance

  • Due to limited space, reservations are highly recommended especially during busy nights like Friday or Saturday, however they are not required. Please note our hostess is unable to give time quotes or take names over the phone. To make a reservation visit the reservation tab above.
